Transferable Warranty

Meridian  warranty is transferable by the original property owner to one subsequent owner provided Meridian receives notice of transfer of title of the registered property within (30) days after the date of transfer of ownership, ad provided such notice is accompanied by a copy of this warranty and a certified cheque in the amount of $100.
